Open the app and tap the "+" button on the Dashboard. Enter the service name, amount, billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or yearly), and the date of your next renewal. Tap "Save" to start tracking.
When adding or editing a subscription, you can choose to be notified 1, 3, or 7 days before the renewal date. CutCharge will send a local notification to your device to ensure you have time to review or cancel the service.
You can upgrade by tapping the Settings icon on the top right of the Dashboard and selecting "Upgrade to Premium". You can choose between flexible Monthly or discounted Yearly plans. Premium unlocks unlimited subscription tracking and advanced reminder options.
If you've reinstalled the app or moved to a new device, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchase". Ensure you are logged into the same Apple App Store or Google Play Store account used for the original purchase.
Your subscription data is stored locally on your device. We do not store your personal subscription details on our servers. This ensures your financial privacy but also means you should back up your device to avoid data loss.
Since your data is stored locally, simply deleting the app from your device will remove all subscription data. For analytics data or to request deletion of any information associated with your support requests, please contact us via email.
