By downloading or using CutCharge, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
CutCharge is a subscription tracking application designed to help you organize and monitor your recurring expenses. The app provides tools to input subscription details, receive renewal reminders, and visualize your spending habits.
CutCharge offers a "Premium" version which unlocks additional features like unlimited subscription tracking and advanced reminder options. This is billed on an annual basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
CutCharge stores your data locally on your device. We do not provide a cloud backup service for your subscription list. It is your responsibility to ensure your device is backed up. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances.
The information provided by CutCharge is for informational purposes only. CutCharge is not a financial advisor. You should not rely on the app for financial, investment, or legal advice. Always verify your actual bank statements and service provider agreements for accurate billing information.
You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.
SunAppLabs Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.
